Admission Requirements
A standard interview with a school administrator will take place to determine the student's eligibility for the program. Standard Admissions: 1. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older 2. Must have a high school diploma: If issued outside Alberta, it must be an equivalent diploma, verified by a transcript, international diplomas must be verified through one of the following assessment services: International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS), World Education Services (WES). 3. The General Educational Development (GED) has been replaced by the Canadian Adult Education Credential (CAEC) and is no longer accepted. Mature Admissions: 1. Must be 18 years of age or older. 2. Applicants whose first language is not English may apply through the English Language Learner admission pathway. English Language Assessments: 1. A minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) score of 7 is required for post-secondary programs. This is equivalent to a minimum IELTS score of 6, Wonderlic Basic Skills Test Verbal with a minimum score of 294, or Wonderlic Basic Skills Test Quantitative with a minimum score of 294.

Student Aid

This program is eligible for full-time post-secondary assistance by Alberta Student Aid for the funding year 2025/08/01 to 2026/07/31*.
